Boris Johnson – The Great COVID Used Car Salesman

“If you can’t dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bullshit.” – W.C. Fields

Regardless of what side of the COVID debate you’re on, you must admit that the narrative offered to the citizens of the world by the “experts” you know the one “these vaccines offer 100% protection against acquiring and transmitting COVID” is and has fallen apart. So instead of simply coming out and admitting that, they have resorted to deceptive salesmanship and being wordsmiths. The goal of which is to have you draw a conclusion, but not just any conclusion, but the one correct one, theirs. Yesterday, UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson said the following:

“The double vaccination provides a LOT of protection against serious illness and death, but it doesn’t protect you against catching the disease and it doesn’t protect you from passing it on. So now is the time to get your booster.”

My first response to what Boris had to say was, “pretty slick selling, must have sold used cars at one time” Now some of you may be wondering why I would say that. Fair question, the reason I can say that is because I’m in sales (even sold used cars), and I know when someone is trying to sell me. When it comes to sales, no salesperson is successful unless he/she can convince the purchaser of the product or service of the tangible benefit of what they’re offering. Now in the case of the “tangible” benefits of the vaccines (save your life and the lives of others) it’s a bit harder to sell these days given what we know about vaccine efficacy and outcomes, compared to 11 months ago.

You can no longer directly come out and say that these experimental vaccines do what they were promised to do, because unfortunately there are a couple of little things called “facts & data” that no longer support this narrative. SO, what is poor Boris left to do, well like any great salesperson he’s going to employ the word SO, paint you a picture in the hope that you draw the conclusion he wants you to, without ever directly coming out and saying that the conclusion you came to was what he was stating.

Confused not to worry I’m going to unpack it and show you how he uses a mental trick (you are drawing his desired conclusion) to create a hypnotic implied promise that he can never be held accountable for.

Boris implies that the boosters can somehow stop you from “catching the disease” and “passing it on.”, knowing full well that this is not true. He masterfully slips this implication in by chaining two unrelated sentences together using the word “SO,” which creates a problem and makes your brain resolve that problem by simply adding a missing bit of logic.

If we look at this logically, Boris offered an initial premise and then gave us a conclusion, without a necessary missing second premise. It should look like this:
Premise 1: the first two injections fail to prevent spread of the disease (UNDISPUTED FACT)
Premise 2: a booster shot DOES prevent spread of the disease (MISSING STATEMENT)
Conclusion: “SO” you should get a booster shot (CONCLUSION BORIS WOULD LIKE YOU TO COME TO)

The word of conclusion — “So” — solve the sales problem created by the first sentence, and your brain automatically supplies the missing second premise. It’s masterful sales. Another way to look at it is by rewriting Johnson’s statement and adding the missing premise. The sentence in brackets, below, is what Boris knew your brain would automatically fill in to resolve the sales dilemma (save your life and the lives of others) created by the missing premise that is necessary for the word “SO” to make any sense at all:

“… it doesn’t protect you against catching the disease and it doesn’t protect you from passing it on. [BUT THE BOOSTERS DO.] So now is the time to get your booster.”

Ta da! For the word “SO” to make any sense, boosters must solve the sales dilemma (save your life and the lives of others) Boris identified in the immediately preceding sentence. Since Boris never actually SAYS that the boosters will stop the spread, he has the cover of plausible deniability. He never really said that they would, your brain did.

I guarantee you either he or his sales associates spent a long time working on that sentence, no matter how casually he delivered it. But don’t fall for these kinds of tricks, it’s what these folks fall back on when they don’t have the facts to support their Narrative.

The truth is, folks like Boris have no reason at all to think boosters will stop the spread, in fact they know they don’t, but they’re just hoping they can sell you on the idea that they do, whether you buy that used car or not, well that’s up to you!

Today's Video - Justin Trudeau now claims he never "mandated vaccination" only incentivized it!

Yes our cowardly Prime Minister is at it again, in a recent speech and in an attempt to "memory hole" the facts, he now claims that he never mandated mass vaccinations for Canadians, but only incentivized them for doing so!

Given I'm banned from YouTube currently I'll only be posting it to Rumble as well will post it directly on my Locals so you can watch it there as well.

I'll share my thoughts and as always welcome your comments!
