Here is the letter that Honourable Brian Peckford sent to the premier for New Brunswick regarding his recent policy announcement which allowed for the exclusion of the un-injected from grocery stores, if the business so chose to do so.

Dear Premier:
Do you know you are violating the Supreme Law of this country?
The Constitution Act 1982 says the Constitution is the Supreme Law in Section 52. All your laws etc are subject to the Charter.
And the Charter of Rights and Freedoms is a part of that Act.
Section 2 says that citizens have the freedom to assemble and associate .
Your Government through its actions is violating this entrenched freedom .

To think that you would cowardly pass the authority to deny citizens the ability to get food to grocery owners is one of the worst acts by a Canadian Government I have seen.

Do you realize what you are doing ? Please look around the world , begin early treatment, promote Vitamin D . Target the most vulnerable . Look to what Florida is doing . Look at independent science which indicates that lockdowns don’t work . There are 400 studies that say this as Dr. Paul Alexander has pointed out. Please read www.brownstone.org where many studies demonstrate your unconstitutional measures don’t work.

Some of your advisers might be telling you that Section 1 protects you. But as one of those who was a part of the crafting of The Constitutional Act of 1982 and the Charter of Rights and Freedoms that is a part of that Act , this section is meant for a dire circumstance like war and insurrection, not for a virus where the fatality rate according to your own numbers is 0.01 % and the survival rate is 99.99%.

Please reverse this unconstitutional course and give people back their rights and freedoms.
