Just when we thought our friends at the FDA were going to play ball and release all the underlying documents that they reviewed to support authorizing the using of the Pfizer injections, they’re now claiming they need more time. Originally the FDA said they needed 55 years to produce all the documents requested under the FOIA (Freedom of Information Act), well the attorney representing the group of medical & public health officials argued that it made no sense that the FDA originally reviewed the documents in less than a year prior to issuing the emergency use authorization to Pfizer but now needed even more time.

Well now the FDA is asking for 75 years, might have something to do with the fact that the first set of documents to drop so far haven’t made Pfizer or the FDA look very good, maybe they’re figuring if they can “slow walk” this thing, none of us will be alive by the time everything finally comes out and the fallout from the injections will simply be a part of everyday life.

Prior to the FDA’s request for the additional 20 years, U.S. Rep. Ralph Norman (R-S.C.), on Dec. 2, introduced legislation that would require the agency to release all records of information related to Pfizer COVID vaccines within 100 days.

Response briefs from both sides are due on Dec. 13, and an oral argument will follow in court on Dec. 14.
