I’m beginning to think that Johnson & Johnson need to hire better lobbyists or better incentivize the right folks, as it appears that they’re on the CDC’s “naughty list!” Looks like Christmas has come early for both Pfizer and Moderna stockholders, the CDC’s vaccine panel met in emergency session yesterday to frantically review the ancient news of six cases of thrombocytopenia syndrome, a nasty blood clotting condition uncovered in April. The CDC said that people who take J&J are more likely to get that unpleasant side effect than people who take the other injections. Personally, I for one feel a lot better knowing that these injections are living up to what the experts said, “safe and effective!” the ones in which the government’s scientists own shares of stock.

The committee recommended that Pfizer and Moderna should be injected into patients first. Now I hate to sound like one of those “tin foil hat conspiracy theorists” but aren’t those the companies (Pfizer and Moderna) in which the government scientists own shares of stock? At first, I wasn’t sure how poor old J&J was going to get off the CDC’s “naughty list”, but then I remembered that “it’s better to give, than to receive.” So, perhaps J&J could try wrapping up J&J injections in J&J stock certificates and offer them as presents to Santa Fauci and his myriad of Elves, after all I’m sure no one ever gives them anything, right?
