Monica Almeida, fully vaccinated 37-year-old British mother of two and respiratory nurse, caught Covid anyway, and wound up on the vent in a medically induced coma for 28 days. When she was just three days away from being yanked off the ventilator to die, her nurses (nurses!) decided to try Viagra. Not sure why, but why not? After all it’s not like we give it to horses. Monica perked up immediately, and within two days she was off the vent and a week later home for Christmas.

It appears that it has something to do with Viagra’s effect of increasing blood flow to various parts of the body, including, presumably, the lungs. I’m sure we could come up with some amusing material surrounding this, however, I want to draw your attention to two items that came up in all the news reports on Monica’s story.

First, she initially took an ambulance to the hospital with low oxygen and after coughing up blood. Guess what the hospital did? Of COURSE, it sent her right back home, after all why treat the symptoms of a disease, isn’t waiting till things got worse, following science? Who can argue with the logic of having someone die at home or put them into the ICU on a ventilator right, continues supporting the narrative of deadly this pandemic is right?

The industrial medical complex has utterly failed us, over the past 20+ months.

Second, when interviewed after her miraculous recovery, guess what product she pushed? Well, Viagra of course. “It was definitely the Viagra that saved me,” she told the UK Sun. But wait for it, she also promoted one more! The injections, of course! Almeida told reporters that her condition would have been MUCH WORSE had she not been injected; she probably would have died instead of just being in a month-long medical coma and ALMOST dying. Yes Monica, thank goodness for the injections! You’ve got to hand it to the pharmaceutical companies, they sure know how to market a product, even when it fails to do what it’s supposed to, they’ll convince the folks that took it, that it did what it was intended to! When it comes to illusions, David Copperfield has nothing on these folks!

I wonder if Monica likes Kool-Aid?
