Not sure how many of you who either read or watch what I post follow US politics, so in case you don’t last night was the State of the Union Address. As the name implies it’s the opportunity for the president to recap the past 12 months and share the accomplishments, thankfully for Biden there were none, so he didn’t have to worry about remembering any. Also, there is an opportunity to lay out the trajectory ahead, well I thought I would share with you 10 of those forward-looking promises.

1. crack down on illegal immigration (after manufacturing a gigantic crisis on the border), why is that hilarious well he inherited a very secure border from President Trump, and with his management skills made it an open border, an open border that by all estimates let in over 2.0 illegal immigrants during 2021.

2. Lower prescription drug prices (after revoking Trump policies that actually did lower most drug prices, like insulin). Actually given his mental health he would likely be the biggest beneficiary of this one.

3. Re-fund the police (after leading a two-year charge to de-fund them), don’t believe me look it up, Democrat after Democrat touted defunding police, in fact murder rates in Democratic controlled cities have hit all time highs.

4. Support the troops (after getting them killed in a hasty Afghanistan withdraw and using them as human pincushions for experimental drugs), yeah, I believe him.

5. Rebuild manufacturing capacity and direct the government to “Buy American” (after encouraging employers to fire uninjected employees and discriminate against them, and locking down US manufacturing for a year — just ask Elon Musk, who had to move his whole operation to Texas),

6. Cutting child-care costs “in half,” somehow (after driving costs up astronomically by quarantining school-age kids every ten minutes using witless contact tracing). Let’s think about this one for a moment, if you cut costs in half, what happens to demand? Goes up right, but if there aren’t enough daycares to take the kids what happens? Right more parents competing for less spaces which drives up what again, prices, right?

7. Crack down on social media giants (after pressuring them to become vastly powerful government censors), yeah for sure, daddy-O!

8. Now for my personal favourite cure cancer (after coercing Americans into taking jabs with known cancer risks), check out a recent post I did on this, one in which I mentioned the vaccines have a carcinogenic impact.

9. Well, here’s one he likely knows first hand, support mental health (after bombarding adults with military-grade propaganda and mentally torturing kids for two years). Love government create the problem, then ride in to offer to fix it, and believe you me the cure is worse than the disease with these folks.

10. And last but not least end inflation by lowering the deficit (after almost doubling the amount of circulating currency and while calling for even more infinitely expensive programs), I get it first you spend and dole out money you don’t have and then when this flood of money causes increased spending for the same amount of good & services (as growth is flatlined) which in turn drives up the prices, which causes inflation. Okay maybe dementia Joe should just focus on the mental health stuff.

Let’s finish with how he proposes to fight inflation, he said he’ll fight inflation — which was caused by a virus, by the way, you probably didn’t know viruses could do that — he’s going to fight it by raising taxes on corporations to 50% minimum, and 130 other countries are, supposedly, going to do the same thing to stop corporations from moving to favorable tax jurisdictions. Biden says 50% is plenty of profit for corporations.
Okay I own a small business Joe, know I know I’m in Canada but I’m willing to move if I can get me one of those 50% profit businesses.

Seriously let’s look at his harebrained tax scheme for a moment class and see what could possible be wrong about it. To figure that out I’m going to start with the premise that CORPORATIONS DON’T PAY TAXES. They just COLLECT taxes. Yes, taxes are just an expense to corporations. CUSTOMERS, pay the taxes and the corporations pass the money on to the government so that the government can give the money to friends, family and favourite grifters. Everyone but you! So, if taxes, especially broad across-the-board taxes, go up, up and away, corporations just increase the price of their goods and services accordingly. Funny how economics works huh?

So, let’s land this plane shall we, this means HIGHER PRICES for everybody and everything. In other words, more INFLATION. Exactly the opposite of what Biden says his dimwitted policy is supposed to do, you think he like lives in the “Bizzaro Superman Universe, where everything is the opposite?

But then again he's not worried about keeping any of them as he's likely to forget all about it tomorrow.
