Okay so did you ever wonder why all the media seemed to be pushing the Covid talking points nonstop? Simple because elected government officials, “showed them the money” The Blaze News finally got a response from Human Health Services its FOIA (Freedom of Information) request. Turns out that HHS used citizen money (AKA tax dollars) to buy massive amounts of advertising from major news networks like ABC, CBS, and NBC; from cable TV news stations Fox News, CNN, and MSNBC; from legacy media publications like the New York Post, the Los Angeles Times, and the Washington Post; from digital media companies like BuzzFeed News and Newsmax; from YouTube for segments featuring celebrities garnering millions of hits; and from literally hundreds of local newspapers and TV stations.

It was like a Roman orgy of spending and the entire media apparatus, new media AND legacy media, headed to the trough, put on their feedbags and went to town, Oink, Oink!

What did this wanton spending do, well it churned out countless articles and video segments about the vaccine, promoting it’s safety and efficacy. HHS treated “the pandemic and their solution to it” like a product that had to be sold to every man, woman, and child in America. Based on the numbers this was the most expensive “comprehensive media campaign” in history. HHS was playing with a one BILLION-dollar-budget in 2021, to in their words “strengthen vaccine confidence in the United States.”

HHS entered myriads of ad contracts to “carry out a national, evidence-based campaign to increase awareness and knowledge of the safety and effectiveness of vaccines for the prevention and control of diseases, combat misinformation about vaccines, and disseminate scientific and evidence-based vaccine-related information, with the goal of increasing rates of vaccination across all ages … to reduce and eliminate vaccine-preventable diseases.”

Given this should come as no SURPRISE why critics were cancelled rather than the pandemic. The media never wanted this spending orgy to end. After all they were all living in a post Trump era, where eyeballs were diminished along with ad revenues. Selling advertising contracts to a motivated HHS was like shooting fish in a barrel, HHS didn’t care what it cost unlike private companies who did. Just imagine the commissions that a billion dollars generated, I can see the salespeople now, grinning from ear to ear.

When it comes to the love of money, it’s hard to find any saints, we’re all sinner just to varying degrees. Like the folks at Fox, who also went Oink, Oink.

The documents show the Biden administration bought ads on TV, radio, print, and social media to manufacture vaccine confidence. The government’s media contracts pushed “influencers” from “communities hit hard by COVID-19” and “experts” like “The Science” AKA Anthony Fauci and other “academics” to be interviewed and to promote vaccination in the news. They were all working for the “Man”

Although the government’s “sales team”, the experts, academics, and government officials, were repeatedly interviewed during straight news segments, the media never disclosed the massive advertising payments they were receiving from the government to provide to promote the injections. Alex I’ll take “Conflict of Interest” for a “Billon Dollars.”

Now don’t think for a moment this was isolated to the U.S., this was a worldwide taxpayer spend-a-thon, for the first time in history, elected civil servants worldwide did something they rarely do, they worked hard, unfortunately though, it was spending as much of our money as they could as fast as they could. I kind of liked it when they did less, didn’t you?

The Blaze said HHS has not yet disclosed how much advertising money was paid to each media platform. They’ll have to, though. Any guesses as to how it will compare to the to each company’s pre-Covid annual ad sales revenue?
