Of course as a first action the Canadian government and Canada shouldn't be part of any international treaty and most importantly one that's headed up by the WHO. That is main point you need to communicate to your MP's as well as Senators.

Now having said that, we are all realists, and those that read my posts share the viewpoint that our present leadership as well as a chunk of the opposition, really have no issues submitting Canadian sovereignty over to the WHO. So given that if we are going to be part of any international treaty, here are 4 key fundamentals that Canada must insist be fundamental to any treaty/agreement, these were outlined by Steve Kirsch, and they certainly apply to Canada as well:

1. National and local leadership retain full autonomy, reserving the right to make decisions based on what is best for their own people.

2. The ability of nations and local municipalities to opt out of any and all portions of the agreement as they see fit, without consequence.

3. An open and transparent process with the ability for all people of the world to vote on including failsafe measures that will prevent the application of the global agreement in places where a majority of the people do not want it.

4. Measures that do not allow for influence in the process by any and all pharmaceutical companies or other global health profiteers

So please contact your MP's, PMO's office and Senators and tell them that your first preference is no treaty at all, and if we must be a part of one these fundamentals need to be incorporated into it.
